Win Anthony will find the XV of France. Present in the first list of 42 for the autumn tour, then withdrawn from a championship match against Montpellier, the La Rochelle pillar (34 years old; 62 caps) was called for reinforcement this Monday, November 4 by the Blues staff. Two packages are also to be deplored.
XV of France: Atonio and Tixeront as reinforcements
In addition to Uini Atonio, the French management urgently summoned the 3rd line of Clermont, Killian Tixeront (22 years old). He had his first selection against Argentina during the 2024 summer tour, and produced very good performances with ASM.
Atonio and Tixeront respectively replace the pillar of Clermont Régis Montagne and the 2nd/3rd line of Toulouse, Joshua Brennan. The latter was hit in the face on Sunday evening during his team's defeat in Bayonne.
France-Japan: composition Thursday
Fabien Galthié, who revealed his list of 42 last Saturday for France-Japan, will communicate this Thursday, at 11 a.m., the composition of the team for the first test of the fall tour. It remains to be seen whether Uini Atonio will get on the scoresheet.
