A 59-year-old man is on trial by the Orne criminal court on Monday November 4 and Tuesday November 5, 2024, for beating causing death without the intention of causing it. A 59-year-old man is on trial by the Orne criminal court for assault and battery resulting in death without intention to cause it. The hearing opened this Monday, November 4, 2024, more than eight years after the events. The criminal court declared itself incompetent to judge the case in May 2018.
