Épernay – Sports outing – The Tours-sur-Marne greenway will see red this Sunday

Red traffic alert on the greenway around Tours-sur-Marne. Traffic is likely to be exceptionally dense on the local cycle route this Sunday, June 9, and this for a good cause: the Tours-sur-Marne Festival Committee and the Tours d’écoles association are organizing its first cycle or ride. Roller.
Starting from the municipal football field, the sports walk focuses on diversity by offering three different circuits: 9 km, 24 km, and 38 km (round trips included). The athletes will start at different times for each course, one at 9 a.m., the second at 10 a.m., and the last at 11 a.m. A stop halfway with the aim of enjoying a gourmet break will also be held for each circuit: the first at the nautical stop of Condé-sur-Marne, the second in the courtyard of the Château de Juvigny, the third in the village from Saint-Martin-sur-le-Pré. Refreshment stands will await cyclists and rollerbladers. Be careful, some passages may be difficult to access on rollerblades, “nothing impossible though”, promise the organizers.
For everyone’s safety, each route is marked to the meeting points. Free inflation stands will be available. To register, go to the esplanade of the Tours-sur-Marne football field before departures (before 9 a.m.). You must come equipped.
