Several events are organized to encourage vocations towards these professions in need.

As part of Autonomy Careers Week, the Opteo Foundation will highlight, from Monday 4 to Friday 8 November, professions essential to the well-being and support of vulnerable people.

On the program, the discovery of professions such as caregiver, nurse, AES (educational and social support), and many others.

North Aveyron: film debate and open days

The Mas La Boraldette in Saint-Côme-d'Olt and the EANM and EAM Le Colombier establishments in Saint-Geniezd'Olt-et-d'Aubrac are organizing, in partnership with Family Planning, a cinema-debate around the film Affective Life and sexual on November 6 at 8:30 p.m., at the Espalion cinema. On November 7, Mas La Boraldette opens its doors and offers workshops to discover careers, in the presence of the Opteo Training Center, which will present AES training. A great opportunity to interact with professionals and discover their daily lives.

: guided tour and awareness

On November 5, the Institute of Motor Education (IEM) Les Babissous in Saint-Mayme is organizing a guided tour of the establishment by the children themselves who will show their daily lives to the Terminale ASSP students of the Louis-Querbes high school . Handisport will host the day with awareness workshops.

Discovery workshop in Villefranche-de-Rouergue

Monday, November 4, Dominique Raynal, director of EANM Les Dolmens, La Borie de Grave and Mosaïque, will participate in a workshop “Discovery of autonomy professions” organized by Cap emploi 12 in Villefranche-de-Rouergue. This event, intended for people supported by Cap emploi, will take place on the premises of Travail.

Autonomy Careers Week aims to attract young people, job seekers and people undergoing professional retraining.
