Three cars were set on fire on the night of October 31 to 1is November 2024 in Saint-Julien (Côtes-d’Armor), “in a visibly criminal manner even if the gendarmerie investigation will have to confirm it”, estimates the mayor, Gaël Le Noane.

Call for witnesses

“These acts are unacceptable and follow another arson which took place on a building in the cemetery a few months ago,” laments the councilor.

This can't go on any longer! There is no question of allowing a feeling of insecurity to take hold in Saint-Julien!

“It is possible that all of these acts are perpetrated by the same group of individuals who believe they are untouchable. There are necessarily people who know or who will know who could have perpetrated such acts but who have not made it known to date,” comments the elected official on the municipality’s Facebook page, launching a call for witnesses.

Today, young women no longer have a means of transport that is essential to their student life. Apart from the major material damage, this is also serious moral damage and this must not happen again!
