The social conflict at Heuliez Bus, in Deux-Sèvres, did not reach an epilogue this Thursday, October 31, 2024. The strike is renewed on Monday, November 4. Management and union representatives have not reached an agreement within the framework of obligatory annual negotiations. Without changing the overall amount of the allocated envelope, management proposed a general increase of 2.4% and an individual increase of 0.2%. This does not suit us. Things can't stay like this. It was not our objective to continue the strike, but we continue says Vincent Krausse, FO delegate from Heuliez Bus. Around a hundred employees were on strike this Thursday. The CFDT has joined the movement.
