How to put oil in the wheels of recruitment? This is the challenge that Raphaël Jodeau, president of CPME 39, took on with his team including Anne Rubin, president of the Services Branch, Sandrine Guyenet, administrator of the Industry Branch, Sabine Dumoulin, development manager, Nathan Flechon, communications manager, in partnership with Action Logement, whose regional director, Florent Trublet, was present.
The challenges of a new platform
Facing the demographic problem, the change in the relationship to work, the problem of housing, this is what led, among other things, to initiating and launching CPMEmploi. We wish “ put oil in the wheels of recruitment and be part of the tradition of establishing mutual aid between entrepreneurs » underlines Raphaël Jodeau, before explaining how it works: “ on this platform, members and partners have access to: directories of employment stakeholders, practical sheets allowing them to know the aid to which they are eligible, administrative procedures, advice for carrying out a recruitment process, and a trusted network on which members will be able to sponsor and recommend job seekers and thus send their CV to member recruiters. » Florent Trublay for his part stressed that it is essential to “ capture talent and make them stay », hence the partnership with Action Logement.
The Prefect fully invested in this project
The Prefect, Serge Castel was present at the launch of this new platform. Behind this project since it was initiated, the Prefect said: concerned about recruitment issues ». « There is not just one Jura but several Juras with different types of businesses. The tool you are deploying is the one that businesses need and which gives great hope to SMEs and VSEs. I think we need to broaden the scope of your tool, because there are regions for which it could be really useful, and even starting with the public, because it is also difficult to recruit senior civil servants. » indicated the Prefect.
