The discovery has jellyfish passers-by. Walking alongside a car parked near the Docks 76 shopping center, in Rouen (Seine-Maritime), they heard sounds. muffled dog noises which come from inside the passenger compartment.

The scene takes place this Sunday, October 27, 2024 around 8 p.m. These passers-by, sure of hearing animals trapped inside the vehicle, decided to to appeal to the police. She went to the scene and quickly noticed that, in fact, dogs were clearly stuck in the car.

Three chihuahuas trapped in the car

“Everything is closed, there is no food and no water,” the police said. The agents decide to break the rear window and discover a cage with three dogs trapped inside. Three little chihuahuas. And in the cage, nothing to feed the canines either.

A study of the cameras allows us to understand that the car has been parked for an hour. Finally, the police recovered the animals and left a note to warn the motorist and tell him to come closer to the police station.

What he will do… Two hours later. At the police station, he indicates to the agents that he was at the cinema. Perhaps he didn't expect it, but he was taken directly into police custody for abuse or cruelty towards a domestic animal.
