Les Douceurs d’Appollon, good milk ice creams from the family farm

A Very acidic blackcurrant sorbet, with pieces of fruit.. White chocolate ice cream and crispy balls… Does that make you want it?

It made us salivate too at the Villedieu-les-Poêles arts and crafts festival, where Océane Morin Gaillard had installed her ice cream truck, to sell cones and pots to passers-by. So we tasted it, and we might as well tell you that we were surprised by the quality of the products.

No wonder, when we know that the ice creams are made by the Manchoise woman herself, “with as much fresh produce as possible, and milk from my husband and my in-laws’ farm”, in Percy-en-Normandie, where the store is located The sweets of Apollo. Océane says: “Before I was an agricultural advisor, and I wanted to have my own business. So, we said to ourselves that we could redevelop the old henhouse. We were thinking of opening a shop selling farm products and finally we thought of ice cream. » Fortunately for our taste buds!
