A 93-year-old lady died this Tuesday after being attacked by a dog while she was in the cemetery of the town located about forty kilometers northwest of Nîmes. The nonagenarian – who came with flowers just purchased to place them on the grave of a loved one – was bitten in the throat by an Argentinian mastiff, a bite which gave her no chance.

The legal consequences of this terrible tragedy

Ultimately, 4 people are in police custody. This is the manager of the village dog breeding center, her trainee (extended police custody until late Thursday afternoon). The two women were joined by the first’s two sons.

At first, the 18-year-old girl talks about a stray dog ​​then admits that she was walking him, sometimes on a leash, sometimes without. Vague and constrained declaration.
