Casablanca is organizing its International Marathon this Sunday

This Sunday, October 27, 2024, the 15th edition of the Casablanca International Marathon will take place
Several distances are programmed:
Marathon (42.195 km), Semi-Marathon (21.1 Km), Course 10 Km et Kids Run:

*Departure and Arrival: Bd Hassan II, Place Mohammed V
*Departure times :
*Marathon : 7h30
*Semi-marathon : 8h00
*10km: 8h30

*Kids Run (The race will take place at Place Rachidi on Saturday 26/10):
-Category 1 (6 – 9 years old): 10:00 a.m.
-Category 2 (10 – 14 years old): 10:15 a.m.

To better secure the route, several main arteries will be closed to traffic on Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
According to the organizers:

• « – The route of the 15th edition of the Casablanca International Marathon was designed to discover or rediscover the center of the city and its art-deco buildings.
• -The starting signal will be given at the Place Mohammed Vopposite the Wilaya of the Casablanca-Settat region.
• -Participants will borrow the Boulevard Moulay Youssefas well as the corniche boulevardbefore joining the Hassan II mosque. »
