The journey of the Olympic flame is being prepared aboard Banque Populaire, in Morbihan

The crew which will leave Brest, on June 7, 2024, to take the Olympic flame to Pointe-à-Pitre (Guadeloupe) found itself, in Lorient (Morbihan), aboard the Trimaran Banque Populaire of Armel Le Cléach and Sébastien Josse to get to know each other and discover navigation on board. The new sailors arrived with a little apprehension and returned from sea enthusiastic, with for their first time a peak of 46 knots (85.2 km/h).

The Olympic flame will leave Brest for Guadeloupe on June 7, 2024 on the ultimate Banque Populaire, with a new crew on board.

Supervised by skippers Armel Le Cléach and Sébastien Josse, four personalities: Marie-Jo Pérec (three-time Olympic champion), Marine Ltemporel (ex-Miss France), Hugo Roellinger (great chef) and Alexis Michalik (actor, playwright and director scene). The crew of the flame received and enjoyed, this Wednesday, May 29, 2024, off the coast of Lorient, their baptism…
