Professor Babacar Gaye is designated as general facilitator president and President Ndongo Fall as general rapporteur. The organization of the three major commissions is becoming clearer with distinct objectives.

The first commission, dedicated to justice reform, is chaired by Professor Isaac Yankhoba Ndiaye with Mame Mandiaye Niang as vice-president. The role of rapporteur is carried out by Mr. Bamba Kasse. This commission is subdivided into two sub-committees, one chaired by Professor Amadou Tidiane Ndiaye accompanied by President Birahim Seck as rapporteur, and the other headed by the Director General of the CFJ Mademba Gueye with Magistrate Mor Ndiaye as rapporteur.

The second commission focuses on the modernization of justice. Led by Dior Fall Sow, with Professor Amadou Tidiane Ndiaye as vice-president and Cheikh Tidiane Lam as general rapporteur, this commission also includes two sub-committees. The first, which deals with the imagination, offenses, detention and the execution of court decisions, is chaired by Aissatou Kante with Mbaye Sarr as rapporteur. The second, focused on justice actors, is chaired by Professor Maurice Soudieck Dion and reported by Inspector Samba Diouf.

Finally, the scientific commission, responsible for summarizing the general report, is chaired by Amady Ba, with Professor Ndiack Fall as vice-president and Professor Mame Penda Ba as rapporteur. Among the members, we find personalities such as Dean Alioune Tine, Professor Zeynab Kane, Professor Jean Louis Correa, Maître Mamadou Seck, Professor Geneviève Sarr, the First President Chimère Diouf and Maître Aida Sow Diawara, president of the Chamber of notaries.
