On Friday May 24, 2024, a new food business joined the city center of Champagnole. And it’s far from unknown.

It is Tibochocartisan chocolatier and pastry chef already installed in Sapois for three years.

” All our products continue to be manufactured in Sapois but we chose to also open a store in the city center to get closer to our customers champagne and other traders“, specifies the craftsman.

Homemade ice cream

Located at 38 avenue de la République, at the Place des Assurances Gan, the store is currently only sales products made in Sapois and delivered the same morning.

“We make ballotins and chocolate bars, chocolate products like mendiants or coated almonds and everything that is confectionary.”

“We also make our own ice cream, which means that in the summer we will be able to take out our ice cream display on the sidewalk and offer homemade sorbets and ice creams“.
