Sunday October 20, the Ecurie du lock Campenoise, organized, under the presidency of Roger Crambes, a visit to the Byrrh cellars in Thuir, in vintage cars. Around thirty people took place in the twelve vehicles participating in this outing. It was with very beautiful sunshine that the departure was given at 9 a.m. towards Thuir, passing through Puylaurens, Montfort-sur-Boulzane, Sournia, Ille-sur-Têt where motorists were able to admire its magnificent organs as they passed. and finally Thuir, to visit the Byrrh cellars for more than an hour. All these beautiful people then met at the restaurant in Rivesaltes before resuming the return circuit. This took them through the vineyards of Maury, then Prugnanes, Caudiès, the Col Saint-Louis and finally Campagne-sur-Aude to the Saint-Sébastien café after a journey of 185 km. The participants left around 6 p.m. after discussing the visit and the circuit proposed by Roger Crambes. Everyone is already up for the next walk which will take them to Les Corbières on Saturday November 30.
The general meeting of the Ecurie du Verrou campenoise will be held on Friday November 29 at 6:30 p.m. at the Auberge Saint-Sébastien.
