Industrial wasteland of more than 77,000 m2, the former ZZ Wancor square, including the marketing of the areas is the subject of a contract with the Vaud company Orllati Real Estate SA (ORE), seems poised to expand. “Discussions are well advanced with two companies. An industrial player already present in the region wishes to relocate, while the second player is national, for the establishment of a French-speaking site serving the secondary sector”, presented the trustee Eric Chassot, Monday, to the General Council on the subject of this campus called “Plein Sud”.

The contract linking the municipality of Estavayer to ORE was formally signed on May 22. The company has already undertaken a promotional campaign in the local and regional press and on social networks. Furthermore, the mandate for decontamination of the site was entrusted to the company CSD engineers.
