Nuit Blanche 2024: the official selection of the artistic direction in Paris

Every year, the Nuit Blanche enchants Paris and its region, for an evening full of surprises. Discover the artistic events highlighted by the artistic director of the event, this June 1, 2024.

Since 2002, the Sleepless night delights them Parisians and passing visitors. This great contemporary art festival transform Paris and the surrounding towns as open-air museums. Take out your diary and take note: the next edition of Nuit Blanche takes place on Saturday June 1, 2024.

You don’t know the Sleepless night ? This exceptional cultural event gives pride of place to contemporary art, in all its forms. For a whole night, from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., hundreds of places invite us to discover and enjoy concerts, shows, performances, exhibitions, activities of all kinds, imagined by French artists and international.

Every year, the program for this event changes. To orchestrate such an event, the City of Paris calls on artistic directors, who choose the theme publishing, and help to set up several artistic activities.

In 2024, she is the exhibition curator, critic and art historian Claire Tancons who was chosen to lead this Nuit Blanche. The theme of La Nuit Blanche is therefore overseas territories, and is of course linked to the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris. To highlight this theme, several events were highlighted by the artistic director.
