Do you want to rent accommodation to tourists? Let the “concierge” take care of everything.

“Do you have a property available for short-term seasonal rental, in summer or all year round, or do you wish to rent your primary or secondary residence during your absence?”

The small independent company that Anthony Astor-Pradier has just created provides an answer “local and nearby” to assist owners who do not want to have to manage everything themselves (second home, gîte, AirBNB, etc.). The idea had been bouncing around for several months in the head of the young man, who holds a BTS in management, who took his time to let his project mature and finally make it a reality. With experience built up during his travels in France and many other countries, it was at the Hôtel du Parc in Cransac that he strengthened his practice by starting as a waiter, before occupying the position of butler.

“The organization, the management of reservation calendars, the reception of travelers, the know-how worthy of a 3-star establishment… I learned a lot during this last role, all valuable skills for the success of my new challenge”. The Vallon concierge service, based in the town of Nauviale, covers the Vallon sector, Conques-en-Rouergue and its surroundings.

“From the creation of the advertisement for the property to be rented until the arrival and departure of travelers, with or without options, several formulas are possible depending on the requests and needs of the owner” specifies Anthony, ready to take on the costume of “seasonal rental concierge” tailored to his needs.
