Senegal 2025 – PES: Abdou Mbow and co talk about copy and paste

The government of Senegal presented this Monday, October 14, its new vision framework “Senegal 2050”, replacing the Emerging Senegal Plan. At a press conference this Friday, Abdou Mbow, spokesperson for the APR, declared that Vision Senegal 2050 was copied from the PSE.

“On page 50 of the 2050 framework, these are the same programs as the PSE. The difference is that they changed the word Development to Economic Actors.
