As part of the preventive maintenance of the Grand Chambon tunnel in the department of Isère, in the town of Mizoën, as well as as part of the road repair work on the Grand Clot tunnel (Hautes-Alpes), traffic on the RD1091 will be interrupted for four nights (from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.) from Monday May 27 to Friday May 31 morning (nights of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). The RD1091 will be cut after the RD1091/RD25 crossroads (direction Briançon, in the town of Mizoën), and the east side of the Grand tunnel du Chambon (on the Briançon side) on the Isère section, as well as on either side of the tunnel du Grand Clot in the Hautes-Alpes department. For users coming from Briançon who wish to reach Grenoble, detour via Gap and the RN85 via Col Bayard and La Mure via the RD1085 (except for heavy goods vehicles over 7.5 tonnes and unauthorized coaches heading towards Vizille/Grenoble , who will have to take the RD529 from the RD1085 to La Mure, via Saint-Georges-de-Commiers. For users in transit to Briançon taking the RN85 towards Vizille, a diversion route via the RN85 and RD1085 will be put in place. to Vizille to reach Briançon via Laffrey, La Mure and Gap via the Bayard pass (except for heavy goods vehicles over 26 tonnes not equipped with an approved retarder device independent of emergency brakes and service brakes (prohibited from the 38/05 limit in Gap) then by the RN94 towards Briançon, via Embrun.
