After Melun, Torcy and Meaux, a new clean-up operation has been organized in Seine-et-Marne. This time, it took place in the north of the department, in Villeparisis, Tuesday 14 to Thursday 16 May 2024.

Multiple offenses

On the three days, these are some 84 police officers who were mobilized, as well as a dog sniffer specialized in the detection of narcotics.

During their intervention, they were able to control nine businesses of all types, but also forty-two people and fourteen vehicles. They were also able to get their hands on a few hundred grams of narcotics, which were seized.

Ultimately, this operation made it possible to achieve sixteen arrests, and draw up several fines, particularly for unrelated matters, such as insurance defects.

After the success that previous net operations may have encountered, allowing them to get their hands on large quantities of narcotics, but also reaffirm the presence of the national police in the streetsother operations could see the light of day.
