As Coordinator, Advertiser Services, you will be part of the Atelier La Presse team, responsible for offering advertisers the best advertising solutions to meet their needs. Reporting to the Director, Operations and Advertiser Services, you will be responsible for collaborating with the various internal and external stakeholders at La Presse to ensure the smooth running of advertising campaigns, from booking to invoicing.

Your challenges

  • Support clients with their campaign reservations in the La Presse advertising ecosystem;
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and respond to their requests;
  • Reserve and maintain advertising placements in the system up to date by ensuring inventory availability;
  • Monitor advertising material by ensuring compliance with technical specifications and deadlines with the client and the production team;
  • Coordinate the advertising creation activities of the campaign and ensure that the client’s expectations are met;
  • Organize production brief meetings with the client and the advertising creative team in order to align needs;
  • Produce performance reports while ensuring the accuracy of the data and forward them according to the pre-established parameters of the territory;
  • Ensure after-sales follow-up: send proof of publication, follow up on invoicing when necessary;
  • Participate in replacements and offer support to colleagues when required.

Our needs

  • Hold a college diploma;
  • Have two (2) years of relevant experience;
  • Have a good knowledge of the Microsoft suite;
  • Have a good knowledge of the advertising industry, the elements that go into the composition of a digital advertising campaign and the terms of ad production;
  • Possess the following professional qualities: excellent organizational skills, autonomy, initiative, good stress management, ease of managing priorities and attention to detail;
  • Have a good knowledge of French and English, both oral and written.
