A good oyster to start the Pentecost weekend in Morbihan? This is what Breton shellfish farmers will offer on Friday May 17, 2024 to TGV travelers from Paris at the Lorient, Auray and Vannes stations.

Oyster weekend

This is a communication operation by the national shellfish farming committee called “Enjoy the oyster weekend”. The operation will take place both in Paris, in the three main Morbihan train stations and will be available in the Region via the regional shellfish farming committees. “The objective of this operation is to remind consumers that the oyster is an exceptional product due to its nutritional and taste qualities and easily accessible,” explains the National Shellfish Farming Committee, which wishes to share the know-how of its professionals and introduce people to the profession of oyster farming.
