Shots rang out on Sunday, October 13, around 4:45 a.m., in Fleury-les-Aubrais, near a gas station, a police source told AFP. According to our information, the events took place near the Leclerc hypermarket station, located rue de Montaran.
A wounded man, shot in the back and legs, was taken by a witness to the hospital, to the Oréliance clinic in Saran, more precisely.
His vital prognosis was then in jeopardy, again according to this source.

An investigation into attempted murder has been opened, confirmed to The Central Republic the public prosecutor of Orléans, Emmanuelle Bochenek-Puren.
This investigation was entrusted to the interdepartmental service of the Orléans judicial police.
