A film on Charcot’s disease Saturday at the cinema

At the request of the La Belle Montée association, the film “Invincible Summer” will be screened on Saturday May 18 at 9 p.m., at the Monclar-de-Quercy cinema.
Single price: €5. The proceeds will be entirely donated to research against Charcot’s disease.
This screening is part of the tenth edition of the sporting and festive day Les Belles Montées which will take place on Sunday May 19, in the village of La Salvetat-Belmontet.
The film “Invincible Summer” is a very powerful testimony from Olivier Goy who, after learning that he suffered from Charcot’s disease which condemned him in the short term, decided to fully enjoy the rest of his existence.

A moving film
DDM – Prod.

This disease now leaves no one indifferent, which is why solidarity is one of the means which allows us to join the fight but also research in order to best support patients but above all which aims for the glimmers of hope which, one day can- being, will open the doors to healing. This collective and universal wish begins through such gatherings.
The presence of a large audience aware of this cause during the screening is one of the levels of this solid challenge.
