The municipal council of Rives-d’Andaine met on Tuesday May 14, 2024, in the elected officials’ room of the town hall of La Chapelle-d’Andaine. The charter of the Normandy Maine regional natural park 2024-2039 but also the van Plurielles partnership charter between the municipality and the Ysos association have been approved. The latter is committed to promoting all regional partners involved in the project in an equitable manner. The municipality undertakes, for its part, to communicate on the passage of the van to Rives-d’Andaine.

Removal of the town halls of Haleine and Geneslay

Announced last month in the columns of the newspaper, the closure of the annexed town halls (Haleine and Geneslay) of the new commune will only be effective from 1er January 2025. Chantal Dumaine and Loïc Gaignon, deputy mayors of the two historic municipalities, can still carry out their local missions. The civil status registers are still open, but established at the Rives-d’Andaine town hall. The members of the council decided to report the deliberation of March 26.

A new courtyard at the Jean-Hélion-de-Couterne school

Project management of the project to build a playground at the Jean-Hélion-de-Couterne school was entrusted to the Sica Normandie design office. The total cost of the preliminary project is estimated at €153,000 excluding tax. Two parts are retained: the partial exterior development for €32,500 excluding tax and the construction of a covered courtyard estimated at €97,500 excluding tax. The Sica Normandie fees amount to €10,400 excluding tax. Additional costs are €12,600 excluding tax. The council validated this preliminary project.

A sanitary area at the Lignou chapel

The council validated the financing plan relating to the work to develop a sanitary area at the Lignou chapel for the creation of public toilets accessible to people with reduced mobility as well as the creation of indoor toilets intended for speakers and organizers of receptions in the chapel. The total amount of the new financing plan amounts to €44,142. The chapel preservation association contributes €35,313.

Modification of the washing area

The members of the council awarded lot No. 2 masonry, of the contract relating to the construction of the technical workshop, to the company Ledauphin Normandie for a total of €179,383 excluding tax. The purpose of the amendment is to modify the washing area with an additional 35 m² of paving, the addition of a gutter and a retaining wall, representing an added value of €9,685.

Play structures for schools

The council accepted the offer from the company Quali-Cité, for a total amount of €42,480, for the acquisition of play structures – multi-games and slide – for the nursery school and a play park with a climbing wall for primary school.
