For the 20th time, European museums will open their doors this Saturday, May 18, 2024 late in the evening. Whether at ColmarMulhouse or smaller towns, visitors are invited to discover Alsatian heritage.

Huningue Historical Museum : come and discover the military life of the old fortress of Vauban, which fulfilled the role assigned to it during the sieges of 1796, 1814 and 1815.

Museum of Printing on Fabrics of Mulhouse: come and discover the creations of the Société Industrielle de Mulhouse, as well as those from other countries.

Mulhouse Museum of Fine Arts: The Museum of Fine Arts, labeled Musée de France, presents a collection of works of art from the 15th to the 20th century from French, Flemish, Dutch, German and Italian schools. The painting from the years 1860-1914 constitutes the strong point of this set.

Mulhouse Historical Museum : the Historical Museum takes you back into the history of the Republic of Mulhouse, while introducing you to the art of living of the Alsatians of yesteryear, from the Neolithic to the 19th century.

Electropolis Museum in Mulhouse: immerse yourself in the great adventure of electricity, with a fun approach and spectacular scenography.

Mulhouse train station: the largest railway museum in Europe takes you back to the greatest moments linked to this transport.

Franco-German Historial of the Great War at the Hartmannswillerkopf: The Historial offers a broad vision of events during the First World War, while leaving a central place for the Hartmannswillerkopf.

Théodore Deck Museum in Guebwiller: come and discover the works of the most famous ceramist of the 19th century.

Victor Schoelcher museum space in Fessenheim: come and discover the life of this man who rests in the Pantheon.

Gallo-Roman Museum of Biesheim: The establishment exclusively presents collections from a vast Gallo-Roman settlement located to the north of the town, on the site of the disappeared medieval village “Oedenbourg”, destroyed during the 30 Years’ War.

Kayserberg Historical Museum: you will find the history of the Imperial City of Kaysersberg, collections dedicated to religious art from the 16th to the 18th century, archaeological finds from the region, weapons, unusual objects and even popular arts and traditions.

Colmar Municipal Factories Museum: come and discover the world of “machinery”, witness to the know-how of men, the history of their work, their roots.

Colmar Natural History and Ethnography Museum: You will discover very rich and astonishing collections such as regional and exotic stuffed animals, or the geology of the planet including precious minerals and beautiful fossils of prehistoric animals.

Colmar Toy Museum: you observe old toys like Barbies, Playmobil or Lego.

Bartholdi Museum in Colmar: the establishment is dedicated to the sculptor Auguste Bartholdi.

Library of the Dominicans of Colmar: 92 original documents are presented, and renewed regularly. They offer an overview of the history of books and images in Alsace from the Middle Ages to the 19th century.

Unterlinden Museum of Colmar : the museum presents a remarkable collection of sculptures and paintings from the late Middle Ages and the Renaissance.
