This Saturday, October 12 around 10 a.m., while the market on Place Saint-Bruno in Grenoble was crowded, several shots rang out at the PMU bar “Le Galopin”, located at the corner of rue de the Nursery.
A café on the terrace of which several customers were seated at the time. Luckily, no one was injured, as the shooter apparently fired into the air in what appears to be an intimidation move.

Quickly on site, the national police collected the first testimonies, some reporting two men on a scooter, others of a lone shooter moving on foot.
While police officers began searching for the suspect(s) in the area, their colleagues set up a security perimeter to allow traces and clues to be taken, in particular from several projectile cases found on site.
In the general indifference of the traders and onlookers who continued to stroll in the aisles of the market and around the shops on the square!
It must be said that the Saint-Bruno district, known to be one of the hubs of drug trafficking in Grenoble, is the regular scene of shootings, against a backdrop of turf wars waged by competing gangs.
