Many barriers announce the ban on pedestrians and cars. HAS Noyonin the north-east of the Oise, a portion of the rue Beauséjourbetween rue Jules Magnier and rue de Montdidier, is strictly prohibited from passing, since this Friday, October 11, 2024.

The cause is a “risk of collapse” of the roadway reported on this axis where many homes are located. For several meters, the bitumen seems to have collapsed.

Ongoing investigations

Studies and investigations with a view to carrying out the work are underway. However, access to the Quatre Feuilles residence remains possible for pedestrians only.

It remains to be seen when the work can be carried out and how long this portion of the street will remain closed. Elements which have not been communicated to date.

On social networks, several Internet users expressed their concerns. “I think that now it is up to us in Noyon to do the work in front of our door,” wrote a resident. “Perhaps this work should have been done before,” reacted another.
