Fromagerie Victoria announces a 5th branch in the National Capital

Fromagerie Victoria is arriving at Place de la Cité in Quebec, with the 25th branch of this well-established chain. This new restaurant, located in the heart of the university campus, in a busy area of the city, will be the 5th in the Capitale-Nationale region.

A family story

Michaël Girard, who is already a franchisee-shareholder of five branches in the Quebec and Lévis region, has decided to embark on this new project with his son Frédéric who will take the reins of the restaurant at Place de la Cité. Indeed, after having held all positions in family restaurants for many years, assistant cook, cook, even handyman, Frédéric will now be shareholder-operator. “I am so proud to launch this project with my son and to see him become a businessman in turn. We know that we make a good team on the pitch and we have complete confidence in each other,” underlines Michaël Girard.

A strategic location

This new branch is ideally located in a central area that welcomes students, many workers and passers-by shopping. “Having a restaurant at La Place de la Cité allows us to serve a region of the city that we did not reach before. People in this sector will therefore have access to the best poutine in town in stores, but also through delivery,” adds Mr. Girard. Access will be easy as the restaurant will be accessible via the main door of the building.

The new branch of Fromagerie Victoria at Place de la Cité will be located at 2600, boulevard Laurier, room 118 and will open its doors in July. Several positions are to be filled.
