  • Marathon for the Future / COALITION exhibition
    Saturday May 18, 4:00 p.m.

On the occasion of the COALITION exhibition, 15 years of art and ecology and Museum Night, let’s meet up to Reinvent the future and the world in 15 years.
If the future has a story, it is being written today. Scientists, thinkers, poets, novelists, artists and activists and nature protectors follow one another on the Gaîté Lyrique stage to share their visions of the future. In a diversity of approaches and practices, where artistic, intellectual and scientific views intersect and respond to each other, COAL offers a free space for expression and reflection, accessible and inclusive. Each participant has 15 minutes to make their point. From these plural visions new routes will perhaps be born, new paths towards a reinvented, desirable… chosen world.
With: Morgane Bafier, artist; Lucile Schmid, French politician and essayist; Eric Chenut, president of the Fédération de la Mutualité Française; Chloé Chevalier, author; Romain Tramoy, teacher-researcher; the Mobile Lives Forum; Soizic Michelot, author and teacher of meditation and mindfulness will make us levitate; Stéphanie Sagot, artist; Nelly Pons, author; Laetitia Bisiaux, BLOOM association for the oceans; Pascal Villeboeuf, vice-president of the Ile de France forest defense association; Lea Habsourg, spokesperson for the Earth Uprisings… and hosted by Loïc Fel, co-founder of COAL, and Anne Lise Carlo, journalist at Le Monde newspaper.

Free guided tours of the COALITION exhibition are organized at 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.

And since you’re in the area, take the opportunity to take a trip to the cultural places in this corner of Paris!
