Throughout Maine-et-Loire, the water tables are full, after two very complicated years. With the awakening of the vegetation, most logically began to empty but from very high levels. In the east of the department, the water tables have not started to empty. They now display levels close to average.

With the heavy rains at the beginning of May, the price level suddenly rose again in Maine-et-Loire (here Maine in Angers). But more importantly, the underground reserves are now full. | WEST FRANCE

This time, even the Baugeois is now in a comfortable situation: the water tables in this north-eastern quarter of Anjou display a level “close to average”, even if it remains slightly lower. But unlike those in the rest of the department, several of them continued to fill up at the end of April. This is particularly the case for those of Daumeray, Vaulandry, Guédeniau or Pontigné.
