A new culinary era begins in the charming village of Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue (Manche), with the opening end of March 2024 of restaurant “La Caudière”directed by Clement Oudin in the kitchen and Allan Cellier indoors.


After studying at the prestigious Ferrandi school in Paris, Clément Oudin followed a unique gastronomic path. He opened several restaurants Hellenic street foodbefore refocusing on its roots in the North Cotentinwhere his partner comes from.

Confinement was an opportunity for him to reinvent himself, moving from street kitchens to managing the stoves. His culinary prowess did not go unnoticed, since in the space of a year, he won three prestigious competitions.

For his part, Allan Cellier, aged 25, brings his touch of excellence to the room.

The Clément and Allan tandem aims to offer its guests a unforgettable momentcombining expertise And friendlinessin a idyllic setting on the port of Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue.

Every week, a different menu will be offered according to the season and arrivals, with only products from local farms and boats.

This new restaurant promises authentic culinary experiencehighlighting local, seasonal products prepared with passion. Open from Wednesday evening to Sunday evening.
