Swore. The Mont-sous-Vaudrey stadium has been broken into again

This Friday morning, around 8 a.m., a municipal employee was responsible for delivering the barriers for the weekend’s football tournament to the municipal stadium, in order to secure and channel the public. When he arrived, he found that the shutter on the east side of the reception building had been forced open and the window broken. Alerted, the president of the Val d’Amour cultural and sports center (CCVA), former president Laurent Roy, and Arnaud Lavigne from the football section, met on site.

The perpetrators of this intrusion had initially attempted to enter through the north side door, which resisted the attacks. Those responsible for the football section feared that such an event would complicate the organization of Saturday’s tournament. But the local company Beaubois spontaneously intervened for temporary measures.

“Our tournament on Saturday will not be affected”

The cupboard doors were opened, as well as the fridge. The criminals left with some food and drinks piled up in the “trash” containers. The latter were found empty on the path along the stadium out of sight of the road, where their accomplices were probably waiting for them.

Arnaud Lavigne, current president of the football section, explains: “Three weeks ago we were already victims of a burglary, and several tablets were stolen. We do not keep any money, there are no valuables so we do not understand the objectives of the “visitors”. Hopefully the complaint filed will help find the perpetrators. Our tournament on Saturday will not be affected by the action. »
