A gathering of around a hundred young people turned bad Friday evening in Quebec when the police had to use pepper spray to disperse the revelers. A 15-year-old boy was arrested for obstructing the work of the police.

A young man decided to confront the police by placing his moped in front of their patrol car, blocking their path.
