For Christophe Tabary, vice-president of the urban community in charge of the animation of the territory, it is an opportunity to “put the spotlight on farmers and introduce visitors to the benefits of our territory”. Giant bull, animals, Stéphane Rotenberg…

During this show, visitors will also be able to discover the giant bull “Spiderman”, originally from Oise and awarded at the last Paris agricultural show, or herding dog demonstrations. The Belleperche charcuterie from Crèvecœur-le-Grand, which makes the best black pudding in Francewill also be there.

Stéphane Rotenberg, the host of the shows “Pekin Express” and “Top Chef” will also be present. A educational farm and play areas will be installed for children. For those with a sweet tooth, food trucks which will prepare dishes based on local products will delight your taste buds. A barbecue will also be organized.

All a bunch of animations which should attract the crowd to the Elispace. “It’s not just going to be residents of Beauvaisis, I hope that everyone in the department will feel concerned. Since it’s the first, I hope there will be a little curiosity! », smiles Caroline Cayeux.
