Transat Distribution Canada (TDC) announced the transition of the Voyages et Croisières Varennes agencies, located in Varennes and Ste-Julie, to the Club Voyages Varennes and Club Voyages Ste-Julie banner.

These agencies, previously associated with Voyages en Liberté, are thus strengthening their positioning on the market. In addition, the Club Voyages Varennes agency recently celebrated its move into a brand new location during a festive 5 to 7. The event brought together customers, team members, as well as privileged TDC partners such as Transat, Groupes et Cie, Air Canada Vacations and Chanteclerc.

“This change of banner demonstrates the strength of the Club Voyages brand. For more than 30 years, agency owners have recognized that this brand inspires trust and loyalty among customers,” says Colette Girard, director of franchised and affiliated members at TDC. “We wanted more notoriety, and that is exactly what the association with the Club Voyages banner offered us, in addition to being able to count on the support we needed from the TDC team,” said said Katia Poirier. The relocation of the main agency to new, modern premises is part of their vision to improve customer experience and strengthen their presence in the market. An experienced team serving customers Katia Poirier, travel advisor and owner, has more than 20 years of experience in the travel field and became owner in 2013.
