From October 7 to 19, 2024, the France Services Gironde will open their doors on the occasion of the 4ᵉ edition of the Days national of the France services network. These days will be an opportunity to benefit from individualized support from France Services advisors, partners during their on-call hours, or to discover the service offering that these structures anchor in the territories. The France Services Days also offer a series of events aimed at the general public (workshops, events, presentation of services, partner offices) to make Girondins better aware of the services offered by these France Services structures.
The Gironde today has 43 structures open on its territory dont 4 mobilesallowing any citizen to go to these spaces less than 30 minutes from home. A space open to all, modern and friendly, which allows residents to access the main public service organizations in one place: the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Justice, Public Finance, France Travail, Retirement Insurance, Health Insurance, CAF, MSA and Post Office, as well as URSSAF at the start of the 2025 school year. In summer 2024, 4 new France Services projects have been certified and will open their doors by the end of the year, which will bring the number of France Services in the Gironde region to 47.
In 2023, 196,053 support services were provided within France services in Gironde with a user satisfaction rate of 97.9%. Over the first half of 2024, an average of 17,200 supports were provided each month
