A new real estate project will soon see the light of day in the Namur region, on the banks of the Meuse in Maizeret, next to the “Le Quintessence” residence and its 31 high-end apartments. We owe it to the Namur real estate development startup Accès Habitat led by the young entrepreneur Melvin Lecoq (30 years old) whose desire is to provide first-time buyers with luxury apartments at affordable prices.

The price range oscillates between 2,490 and 3,145 euros/m² for apartments with a surface area of ​​117 to 148 m².

Called Aura, the real estate project targets a complex of 28 apartments combining luxury, sustainability and cutting-edge technology. As one of the last projects that can be built on the banks of the Meuse, its attractiveness is significant with 25% of housing already sold before the start of marketing. For its promoter, “This is one of the most beautiful projects to have seen the light of day in Wallonia in recent years.

Equipment and connectivity

The apartments, with a surface area of ​​117 to 148 m² with terraces and balconies of 19 to 31 m², are made up of two to three bedrooms. “The materials chosen are of quality and the finishes are meticulous.“, underlines the developer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a wine cellar while the bathrooms include an Italian shower and a free-standing bathtub. The apartments also have “a dressing room, large bay windows allowing light to penetrate, a large terrace, exceptional acoustics, in addition to a high ceiling height (between 2.65 m and 2.80 m).” Their average price is between 2,490 euros excluding VAT/m² and 3,145 euros excluding VAT/m².

Regarding the common areas, the project aims to be scalable and intelligent, thanks to its elevators and connected mailboxes, its secure parking, electric terminals, a bicycle room including electric bicycles and scooters for co-owners, etc. The project also aims to be at the cutting edge of technology in terms of energy: “Each apartment is equipped with its own heat pump unit, flow ventilation, as well as photovoltaic panels for the common areas.”

With the “Aura” project, Accès Habitat offers its project “the most luxurious and accomplished in the region.” “The construction site has just started with the installation of piles and earthworks. His long-term objective? “Become a leader in the real estate market in Wallonia thanks to innovative ideas and constructions.

Since 2019, Accès Habitat has already developed and sold 57 apartments, while an additional 63 are currently under construction.
