Fou de Pâtisserie is once again organizing its Parisian flan festival, this Saturday October 12, 2024 in its boutique on rue Montorgueil. For a day, discover and taste the best flans in Paris in one place. From palace flan to small pastry flan to discover, it’s time to have an orgy of flans!
Alert to all flan lovers – and we know there are many of you! What if, instead of running through the streets of Paris, you could find the best flans in the capital in one place? For the 4th time and for our greatest pleasure, Fou de Pâtisserie returns with its Festival du Flan in its boutique on rue Montorgueil, Saturday October 12, 2024!
Imagine. This year again, for one day, a little ten flans coming from pastries that we adore,artisans with recognized know-how and the greatest chefs palaces, are gathered at Crazy about Pastry to the delight of sweet tooths. This is something to salivate over!
To you traditional vanilla flans obviously, but also more original blankslike pistachio and orange blossom flans, black sesame flansor even more unusual creations again like this marbled flan signed by the great Matthieu Carlin, pastry chef from the Hôtel de Crillon or praline flan from Christophe Louie, which we love. There will be something for everyone, that’s for sure. The hardest part will be choosing!
