Confederation and cantons finalize their “offensive” on nursing care

It was November 28, 2021. No less than 61% of Swiss people accepted the nursing initiative. A great recognition from the population towards a suffering profession. Between the shortage of personnel and the fact that qualified people are leaving the profession, we had to act. On two levels: training and improvement of working conditions.
