Sylvester Stallone will sell a series of luxury watches, almost all Swiss. Eleven pieces will be offered during auctions organized by Sotheby’s, which will be held on June 5 in New York. Among the lots, one, very rare, should reach an astronomical sum. Another one will perhaps stand out among the fans of the now 77-year-old actor.

The star of the collection is in fact a Patek Philippe Grandmaster Chime 6300. Unveiled ten years ago, the Grandmaster Chime was presented as the most complicated in the history of the Geneva brand – 20 complications, a reversible case, two dials independent, 6 patented innovations. Price estimated by Sotheby’s: between 3 and 5 million dollars.

Fans of the man who played Rocky and Rambo might be more interested in a watch worn by “Sly” in another film, “Expendables 2.” This is a Panerai Luminor Submersible 1950 PAM00382. It should go for between 30,000 and 60,000 dollars, reports the “Daily Mail”.

Among the lots on offer, we also find two other Patek Philippes, two other Panerai, a Rolex, a Piaget, a Cartier and even an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon 50th Anniversary, which could cost between 100,000 and 200,000 dollars.

Sylvester Stallone is described as an “avid” watch collector. “While parting with this collection is bittersweet, I cherish having owned these watches with pride and hope that they will be appreciated and admired in their next homes,” he commented, according to Sotheby’s.
