The new restaurant at Maison d’Uzès invites the public to discover the cuisine of starred chef Christophe Ducros in a setting designed by interior designer Natalia Mégret. Located opposite Uzès Cathedral, this historic establishment offers a fusion of tradition and culinary innovation.

Originally from Valence, Christophe Ducros took over the reins of the kitchens at La Maison d’Uzès in 2016 and has since kept the restaurant’s star. His career has taken him to the prestigious houses of La Tour Rose in Lyon (1* Michelin), La Pomme de Pin in Courchevel and recently at the Oasis in La Napoule (2* Michelin). Today, he is reconnecting with his lifelong passion, that of cooking from his childhood, deeply rooted. “We cultivate the spirit of seasonal gastronomy. It forges its authenticity by respecting the original products. » This enthusiastic chef enriches his cuisine every day with harvests from the agricultural valley.
