Building on their latest results, the wrestlers from Skol gouren Gwipavaz participated confidently, this Sunday, May 5, 2024, in the Finistère championship which took place in Trégourez. And the results of the day of competition lived up to everyone’s hopes.

Thus, there are six Finistère champion titles which are won by Maëlan Paugam, youngest of less than 41 kg, Georges Palaric, junior of less than 46 kg, Vicenzo Charnaux-Christ, cadet of less than 64 kg, Mathéo Martin, cadet under 74 kg, Clément Priol, senior under 74 kg, and Jérémy Hardouin, senior over 90 kg.

“To these six titles, it is good to add four podiums. A second step for Adam Kalla, youngest under 33 kg, Malo Abiven, under 62 kg, and Ewen Abiven, youngest under 46 kg, and a third place for Lilwenn Le Guern, among girls under 56 kg. Now, it remains for our wrestlers to confirm these results, on May 19, during the Brittany championship which will take place in Guingamp,” comments Jean-Yves L’Her, the president.
