Shots were fired at Carrefour Angrignon, in the LaSalle borough, Friday evening, and the suspects fled.
The police were notified around 9:10 p.m., reported spokesperson for the Montreal City Police Service (SPVM), Sabrina Gauthier.
On scene, officers found several shell casings on the ground and projectile impacts on the building.

According to initial information, a vehicle approached another stationary vehicle before firing in its direction. The suspects then fled into the business, before fleeing again in another direction.
A perimeter was erected to analyze the scene and determine the causes and circumstances of the accident. No arrests have yet been made.

Moments later, calls were made to 911 to report a person with a stab wound who had gone to the hospital on their own. It is believed to be a 19-year-old man, and his injuries are not life-threatening, said Caroline Chèvrefils, spokesperson for the SPVM.
At this time, the police are unable to determine whether the two events are linked. Both investigations are continuing.
