21 firefighters intervened this Wednesday midday on the A8 motorway, at the Saint-Isidore tollbooth in Nice.
According to initial information, a heavy goods vehicle was damaged at the barrier where it was embedded in another truck.
The driver is imprisoned in the heavy goods vehicle. Seven machines are mobilized to help him.
The driver, a 43-year-old man, was transported unmedically to the Pasteur 2 hospital center.
The departmental road safety squadron of the gendarmerie is on the scene.
A “crazy” truck in 2015
