For its third edition, Transition Investthe event organized by the CCI Héraultwas installed on April 23 at the FDI Stadium, Montpellierto bring together financiers, communities and networks of business leaders on the theme of transition and investment, as its name suggests. Our video report:

Whether digital, societal, energy or environmental, the transition concerns all companies, including VSEs, which are very numerous in Hérault. The latter often lack the financial resources to initiate these changes which have become imperative for development. This is the reason for this event which took over from the Financing Meetings, also organized by the Consular Chamber.

Focus on cybersecurity

Punctuated by BtoB meetings between investors and managers (314 scheduled over the half-day), workshops, and networking time with local solution providers, Transitions Invest brought together more than 500 participants determined to accelerate their projects and their transitions.

A round table with cybersecurity experts served as the highlight of this afternoon.

For what needs?

According to figures communicated by the CCI Hérault, the majority of registered companies were companies with a financing need linked to investment (36%), external growth (24%) and innovation (22% ).

As for the amounts of funding sought, they varied between 5,000 euros to 15 million euros.
