Training of Referee Referees
The CDPA (Departmental Commission for the Promotion of Arbitration) of the Mosellan District is organizing 2 referee training sessions in October:
– Friday October 18 in Metz Bellecroix
– Friday October 25 in Réding
Schedule: 7:00 p.m./10:00 p.m.
This role, assigned to club volunteers with a Manager’s license, consists, among other things, of:
- detect potential referees
- help them, advise them, support them
- promote them, integrate them into the club
- welcome official referees during competitions
This function allows Presidents to delegate these important tasks and give a positive image of their club.
For the referent, it is an investment but also a sporting recognition because this mission is really necessary.
Availability, Skill et Motivation are the keys to the success of the good referent.
