Avignon: the Gault&Millau Young Talent Endowment supports entrepreneurs

This year, the Gault&Millau Young Talent Endowment for the South-East region took place at the École Hôtelière d’Avignon. For 10 years, this endowment has rewarded and supported daring entrepreneurs who embark on opening their first restaurant. Gault&Millau unearths the gems that will renew the French gastronomic scene.

The Gault&Millau endowment ceremony brought together young entrepreneurs whose opening project was selected, as well as its BtoB partners in the CHR sector. The latter undertake to advise and support the winners in their life project, by providing them with stock market which can take the form of equipment, raw materials, or even services. Chefs Michel Portos and Pierre Hochart sponsored this event.

Thus, three entrepreneurial duos were distinguished:
•Mickaël Marcoux and Marie-Jeanne Rault of Maison Forte in Farnay (Loire).
•Alicia Chardon and Florian Braissand of La Table Floralie in Aix-les-Bains (Savoie).
•Thomas Flachaire and Estelle Harington from Chalet Flachaire in Abondance (Haute-Savoie).
