With Place de Clichy, the Thai street food brand benefits from a strategic location, at the crossroads of four Parisian districts and a stone’s throw from metro line number 13, the busiest in France. “ It is a real pride to inaugurate this restaurant with 106 seats, 18 of which are outside, because it demonstrates all of Pitaya’s expertise and know-how.says Cédric Giacinti, general manager of the brand. As a major player in themed fast food, our goal is to provide a unique experience and impeccable customer service, while consolidating our presence in the market. »

To remain faithful to the excitement of Thai stalls, the restaurant has an open kitchen which allows you to see the impressive flames escaping from the woks. On the dining room side, the decor combines Thai style with an industrial and street atmosphere, with a mix of wood, metal and concrete materials.

On the kitchen side, Pitaya unveils its brand new Nam Tok in chicken or beef version on fragrant white rice and seasoned with a soy-based sauce, lemongrass, ginger and citrus fruits. All for €10. Anxious to respond to the inflationary context, the brand also offers the Street Deal menu at €8.90 composed of a Crousty chicken sweet & chili on fragrant white rice, a classic drink and a snack or a dessert.

In the fold of the Bertrand group since the end of 2022, Pitaya currently has 140 restaurants in France and internationally.
